You’re a wonderful teacher but maybe you’ve been feeling discouraged. You long for more students to help you make ends meet. You hand out your business cards and hope your students or colleagues recommend you to their friends. You look forward to the phone calls you receive when you get an inquiry because you know the more students you have, the more money and security you have in your pocket.
You may not see yourself this way, but you are a business owner, and you can be financially comfortable and have freedom.
It’s not a dream ~ it’s attainable and the opportunity to become successful is happening now, so keep reading.
You are not here by mistake. I have the training and experience to help you become more than a musician—an entrepreneur! Driven and passionate, I’ve naturally been an entrepreneur since I was 5. Believe it or not, I colored pictures and successfully sold them door-to-door. I taught my first viola student as soon as I got my driver’s license. During my time as a student at the Eastman School of Music, I survived (and helped others financially) by booking and playing weddings with my string quartet. After getting my master’s and teaching at two middle schools, I was able to completely go into business for myself. I soon realized that a thriving private music studio would become far more lucrative than teaching at a school, not to mention the freedom it brought. I have successfully built a studio of more than 70 students in Hawaii and now in Texas. In addition, I’ve taken business classes to develop my natural entrepreneurial abilities and to help you cultivate yours!
Together, we will create a thriving music studio for you. You can make money teaching lessons.
We’ll talk, I’ll listen and then I’ll begin by giving you strategies for increasing your studio that you can use today. Afterward, I’ll craft a unique action plan designed especially for you and your geographical location so you can increase your profits and build a larger studio.
